Thank you for shopping with Hazel Hair. We always try our best to provide high-quality hair extensions and beauty products to our customers.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and personal-use reasons, hair extensions, wigs, hair pieces, beauty products, and personal care items can only be returned if:

  The item is damaged when received.

  The wrong item was delivered.

  The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  

Items that have been used, worn, washed, brushed, altered, damaged by the customer, or removed from original packaging may not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  Used hair extensions or wigs

  Opened or unpacked hair products
  
• 
  Items damaged due to customer handling
  
• 
  Items ordered in the wrong color, length, or style by the customer
  
• 
  Sale, clearance, or promotional items, unless damaged or incorrect
  

3. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged item or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days with:

• 
  Photos or video of the item and packaging
  

After checking the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds may be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Delivery charges, payment gateway fees, and return courier charges may not be refundable unless the mistake was made by us.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be accepted only for eligible unused items in original condition. Customers may need to pay courier charges for exchanges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
